We are still receiving a high volume of applications for The September Sound Harvest, even Meadowlands 2011. As posted on the website last month, we are unable to respond to these at present. If you are an artist/band and have not yet received a reply, do get back in touch as we are interested in all applications, we simply do not have time at the moment.
The Meadowlands team will be taking a well deserved three week break after Meadowlands 2010, and will start booking after the 25th of June 2010.
Thanks for your patience!
Fiona Sally Miller has just been secured to open the Meadowlands Stage on our gloriously sunny Sunday.
“Fiona’s songs are typically stories and bits and bobs of words, the nuts and bolts. They reflect all the details and mundane intricacies of everyday life that we forget until someone else reminds us.
We sound like layers of guitars, piano, melodica, percussion and anything else that will make a noise and that we love the sound of.”

We will have a limited number of tickets on the door for those of you who would like to turn up and pay on the day, please refer to the ticket page for full details.
Just recovering
Hi All
This is just a short post to let you know that we have just finished tidying up after the wonderful, mammoth Meadowlands Festival 2010. We will bring you a full report within the next few days once we have learned how to use our computers again …
So, as a taster of the delights we have to report about, our good friend David Kilkelly from the University of Sussex has supplied us with a few pictures as a sample of what Meadowlands became and what a brilliantly splendid weekend it was …
More will follow after a good nights sleep : )
