Partial List of Terms and Conditions

1. This application does not guarantee a spot for your institution in the Festival.
2. You will receive your vendor permit, if approved, by and no later than April 22 2011. On receipt of the permit the vendor will send a 50% deposit to Meadowlands Events Ltd.
3. Your company will be discharged from the premises if you do not, in any way, shape or form, abide by what you are approved for, and only that, WITH NO REFUND.
4. Fire safety equipment must be provided by the vendor in strict accordance to the HSE guide (fire safety regulations).
5. It is your responsibility to find out and obtain any and all necessary permits and insurance (if needed). Meadowlands Festival will not assume any responsibility for this.
6. All sales of alcohol will be in the control of Meadowlands Events Ltd. Any sales of alcohol to the public, without prior permission from Meadowlands Events, will be subject to removal from the site WITH NO REFUND.
