List of Terms and Conditions for Traders
1. This application does not guarantee a spot for your institution in this Event.
2. On approval you will receive your traders permit. On receipt of the permit the Trader will send a 75% deposit, any other additional charges Plus VAT to Meadowlands Events Ltd.
3. Your company will be discharged from the premises if you do not, in any way, shape or form, abide by what you are approved for, and only that, WITH NO REFUND.
4. Fire safety equipment must be provided by the Trader in strict accordance to the HSE guide (fire safety regulations).
5. It is your responsibility to find out and obtain any and all necessary permits and insurance (if needed). Meadowlands Festival will not assume any responsibility for this.
6. All sales of alcohol will be in the control of Meadowlands Events Ltd. Any sales of alcohol to the public, without prior permission from Meadowlands Events, will be subject to removal from the site WITH NO REFUND.
7. All waste material and refuge created will be the responsibility of the individual Trader concerned SKIPS WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE.
8. Due to past events Meadowlands festival will levy a refundable charge of £100.00 plus VAT to all Traders, this charge will be refunded after the close of the festival when we are satisfied that your pitch has been left clean and tidy.
9. The charge for your power will be calculated on individual usage, this charge plus VAT will be paid in full after the event, prior to leaving the site.
