TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tickets for Meadowlands Festival 2012 are sold under the following conditions:
- All ticket purchased for Meadowlands Festival will be subject to an additional handling fee.
- Tickets cannot be refunded or re-sold, lost tickets cannot be replaced.
- Defaced tickets will not be accepted. When exchanged on site, wristbands are non-interchangeable and should not be removed until after the festival.
- We cannot replace lost wristbands.
- Without a valid ticket, entry into the festival will not be permitted.
- We do not sell youth or children’s tickets separately – all under 18′s must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children/youths will not be admitted.
- We do not accept liability for unaccompanied under 18′s.
- If you think your age will be questioned, please bring personal identification. Passports or identity cards are allowed. Photocopies are not.
- No animals (except guide dogs) allowed on festival site or campsite.
- No alcohol or glass will be allowed into the festival site.
- No open fires, naked flame in or on the festival site or campsite.
- All weekend ticket prices include camping. Our campsite has three separate areas, family camping, regular camping and one for campervans/caravans.
- Campervan / caravan parking will have a charge of £30 per vehicle. On the day passes to be paid on arrival. Prebooked passes can be purchaced from WeGotTicket.com
- Parking at the festival costs £15 per car. On the day passes to be paid on arrival. Prebooked passes can be purchaced from WeGotTicket.com .
- The festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
- Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited.
- Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.
- The festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the festival.
- Vehicles parked & camping at owner’s risk.
